Dr. Joseph H. Beaven is a board-certified internal medicine physician who has cared for adults in the Charlestown, Indiana community for more than 35 years. After earning his medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine in 1982, he has dedicated his career to thorough, relationship-based primary care.
As an internist, Dr. Beaven specializes in the prevention, diagnosis, and long-term management of conditions that affect adults, from routine wellness to complex, overlapping chronic illnesses. His approach centers on listening carefully, explaining options in plain language, and partnering with each patient on a plan that fits their life.
